The American Patriot Program, or TAPP, is a group of volunteer organizations united through America’s favorite national pastime and the sport of American ice hockey to celebrate the service and honor the sacrifices of our combat wounded Veterans and Fallen military service members.
Every TAPP team member is united in the belief that our opportunity to participate in or watch sporting activities is not a right- it is a privilege afforded to us by those who are paying for this freedom with blood, sweat, trauma, and tears.
TAPP team members produce the; American Patriot Award, Enduring Remembrance Tribute, and the commemorative ‘Defender of Freedom’ series baseball bat and goalie stick. These awards and tributes are only presented to combat wounded Veterans and families of our Fallen Heroes.
The American Patriot Program works with MLB, MiLB, Independent professional, NHL, and Minor league hockey organizations- throughout America. TAPP has also worked with numerous restaurants throughout America to further honor American Patriot Award recipients and it has earned the respect of our wounded warriors and Gold Star Families throughout our great Nation.
Financial contributions to the American Patriot Program are all dedicated toward the production of its national honor events including Operation T-Ration and the production of the American Patriot Jersey which TAPP desires to present EVERY American Patriot Award recipient and Gold Star Family at its honor events.

This is a great thing you are doing here. Honorable, heroic and patriotic. I run Operation Bald Eagle to supporting our first responders and military in a time of need. A mother of a young Marine who gave his life in Afghanistan told me about what you do here…job well done.
