AVET Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization providing programs and services of direct aid and assistance to active duty military members, their families, and veterans… all FREE of charge!
Our nation’s military is being stretched to its limits, to the point where multiple combat tours have become commonplace for our brave, volunteer warriors. Routinely, the Department of Defense deploys service members on their third, fourth, even fifth combat tour. AVET Project is here to help meet their needs.
AVET Project (an acronym for American Veterans Empowerment Team) seeks to lessen the stress and brighten the futures of the lives we touch by offering tangible support to past and present military members and their families. Through our EEB program (Empowerment Equipment Bag – a comprehensive care & convenience package); our PROJECT REST & RECUPERATION (PR&R – a 5- day therapeutic counseling & reintegration retreat program offered to returning combat veterans and their spouse); our PROJECT PLANT program (provides a region-appropriate plant or tree to families of service members killed in action (KIA) to memorialize their greatest of sacrifices); our regular support of monthly military base readiness centers DINNER FOR FAMILIES OF DEPLOYED; and several other outreach programs, AVET Project
answers the call to SUPPORT OUR TROOPS with action, ability, planned programs of response and perseverance.
More information on AVET Project programs and services can be found by visiting our website www.AVETPROJECT.ORG and we invite you to join us on FaceBook, just click on the FaceBook icon on our homepage, it’s that easy!
From all of us at AVET Project, Thank You for your support which allows us to positively impact the lives of our military heroes and their families… they deserve all the support we can give them.
Appreciatively,
Kim L. Cone
