HeroBracelet found in Eagan MN.

My name is Dianne Munson and I found one of your bracelets  last school year in the parking lot of the school where I work.  I emailed the staff to check with their kids as to who might have lost it, but never got a response. Since no one ever claimed it, I was able to get it back from our lost an found.    I am wondering about the person who’s name is on the bracelet.  It is Pvt. Robert L. Frantz from San Antonio, TX.  He is (or was) in the Army and the date on the bracelet is 6/17/03.   Can you tell me if Pvt. Frantz made it home safely?

I checked your website for the first time today and found it to be very interesting.  My husband and I are  members of Operation Minnesota Nice and our group sends packages and letters to service men and women presently serving overseas.   Can any service member have their name on a bracelet or are there certain requirements for that?
