Petty Officer Second Class Tony Michael Randolph, 22, of Henryetta, Oklahoma died July 6, 2009, in an improvised explosive device attack on his convoy in northern Afghanistan. Petty Officer Second Class Randolph was assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eight, Sigonella, Italy, and was deployed with his platoon to Joint Task Force South conducting counter-improvised explosive device operations in support of Task Force Zabul in Afghanistan. </d

Spc. Gary L. Moore, 25, of Del City, Oklahoma, died March 16, 2009, in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an explosive device struck his vehicle. Spc. Moore was assigned to the 978th Military Police Company, 93rd Military Police Battalion, Fort Bliss, Texas. </d
